As part of its activities, Alyas Photographe collects and processes personal data about you. This data is used solely for managing your orders and communication related to your purchases.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at: Alyas.photographe@gmail.com.
Your data is never transferred to third parties without your explicit consent, with the exception of our production and shipping partner Gelato, which is necessary for the fulfillment of your orders. Your data is retained for a maximum period of 3 years after your last order.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on this site. By placing an order, you unreservedly accept these conditions.
Orders: All orders are firm and definitive after payment validation. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours of your purchase.
Prices: Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Alyas Photographe reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of validation.
Production and delivery: Products are manufactured and shipped by our partner Gelato, a specialist in print-on-demand. Delivery times are generally 5 to 10 working days depending on your country of delivery. A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment.
Intellectual property: The photographs reproduced on the products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Alyas Photographe. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Return and Refund Policy
As products are custom-made and personalized, they cannot be returned or refunded for mere convenience (right of withdrawal not applicable in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
Damaged or defective product: If you receive a product damaged during transport or with a manufacturing defect, you have 14 days from receipt to report it to us with a supporting photo. We will then proceed with a replacement or a full refund.
Order error: In case of an error on our part regarding the product shipped, we will cover the return of the correct item at no additional cost.
